Before I started crossfit, i had never done a deadlift. I have been going at it for 8 weeks and I did #300 on my last lift.
 
I agree. Also there is nothing worse than your first day back to doing squats after a long break. lol feels like your legs will just crumble

No chit, I have been off a month, due to holidays and my son being in town. Starting back this Monday, and I can tell you, I'm not looking forward to it!

Same here my first day back running and lifting is gonna be HELL. Well curls might not be bad. I have been curling a lot of bottles and cans to my mouth over break.

I've been out of the gym for about six weeks. Worked out a at a friends for a copule weeks and been just doing stuff in my room the past month. sucks but ill be back soon.

It's worth the hurt to feel good again! Have to remember, I'm alot older than you guys to!
