Pruitt Is Not The Answer

Lmao Michigan State is just as bad as Rutgers though, that's like saying we should be happy we Mizzou and South Carolina earlier this year. Hell maybe we should actually. Mizzou and South Carolina ain't looking too bad as of late

Rutgers hadn't won a conference game since 2017...in the Big 10.

Read that again, and then again, and then again.

Pruitt is definitely not the guy but I don't hate him at all. I despised Butch cause he was a weasel. I was pissed at Dooley for being a stubborn ass. CJP is just in over his shiny bald head.

CJP should never have been offered the job but I can't fault the guy for taking it. He wasn't ready to be a HC at this level. Unfortunately, our AD is an idiot and thought he was getting a mini-Saban despite the fact that Nick's coaching tree is absolute trash with the exception of Kirby. The reason Saban-coached teams are so damn good is......Saban; not his assistants.

I figure we've got Pruitt for the remainder of this year than all of next. If we are lucky, he gets enough 'on the job training' and turns the corner. If not, we have another proud winner of the Tennessee Head Coach Lottery and hope Phil doesn't screw it up again.

And that attitude is why we are stuck in perpetual coaching hell.
No, look around at the constant comments from our fan base. Those are why were stuck in coaching hell! 3 weeks ago Pruitt is the man, he's got us goin in the rite direction, better recruiter, gettin results, great evaluator blah, blah, blah. And the whatever happened, happened and now it's all fire, fire, fire...... Don't get me wrong, I'm not happy nor satisfied but we will never get back to being competitive if we continue to change coaches and schemes and types of recruits every 3-5 years. At some point we have to have continuity for a span to allow everything to gel. I do question decisions made by CJP anyone would but I still have more faith in him than I did others. I mean you can deny that he knows what a championship caliber team looks like and how it's made up coup that with ADCPF watching over the entire program that bonehead decisions would be addressed. Also, if we had a competent QB I honestly think we'd all have different attitudes and we would have different outcomes. And yes that's on the HBC, I agree. He has to go out and get a QB or put development of what we have in the express lane.
