Vandy players have been playing under consistent coaches for years. They know each other’s strengths and weakness, timing, etc. The coaches have had time to scheme around theses same attributes and practice them over time.
Pruitt and co have been scrambling players at most positions all year, trying to patchwork together a serviceable team. An impossible task with this years schedule. Give them all time to gel and fill in the missing pieces and this will remedy itself.

Sorry, I just can’t buy this. Vandy is a team comprised of 2 and 3 star players. We are at least as talented as they are and they beat us like an annoying brat.

Vandy had Florida down to the wire Along with Missouri. They're a well coached team. Our team had Bitch Jones the past 4 years. That's that.

They have senior leadership and we do not. At all. None zip. Nada.

Next year, will be a big step forward.

This team is wildly inconsistent. Its incredible.

Pruitt will not have a heck of a recruiting year. We are currently ranked 20 with most of the talking heads predicting a 20-30 ranking. If you were a high class recruit would you want to play for Pruitt? Heck no. What Pruitt bring to the table as a head coach???? Nothing that we have seen so far.

He just committed the 3rd best ranked QB in the 20' class and has a top 3 OL class coming in the 19 class, it's crazy how much different that is compared to your view of him sucking as a coach.

Must have dreamed it. Everyone knows it takes twenty years to rebuild a program and we should never expect improvement in less than that time frame.

He just committed the 3rd best ranked QB in the 20' class and has a top 3 OL class coming in the 19 class, it's crazy how much different that is compared to your view of him sucking as a coach.

I would not get your hopes up that the QB in the 20 class will stay committed. We are only ranked 6th in the SEC. We will lose some recruits over this cluster F of an offensive coordinator search. I agree we have some great O line kids coming in.
