There's been a lot of medal creep. The AF recently awarded the Distinguished Flying Cross to a crew for delivering a baby during the Afghan evacuation. I have no problem at all with recognizing the people who were part of the evacuation, but this seems a bit much. My wife had more ribbons when she retired from the Navy as a nurse than my dad had when he retired from the AF as a fighter pilot who actually flew missions in combat. If you considered the Oak Leaves and clusters on the awards, he might have had a higher count, but it's getting nuts. Army uniforms look even worse - they appear to be covered in flair (think Office Space).

If you had the media toting water for you then you'd feel confident you could lie all the time too if you had low morals and ethics and wanted to know what you could get away with. They will not ask followup questions and they will not report the facts.

I heard a local radio guy say today, if we had today's media in 1988 then Biden would've been the democrat nominee coming out of the primary that year. I thought that was one of the best examples of how bad they are.

How a habitual pathological liar could run for president multiple more times after that and not bury his head in shame is because he has none. Just think of each person who voted for him going down in the annals of history as voting for the worst POTUS in the history of our country. A country I don't think will last another 250 years.

The US has been China’s piggy bank for too long, and I don’t see it changing. We just keep squealing like a pig for the ChiComms. We have become a hollowed out nation of grifters in power and wokesters calling the shots. A laughing stock.
