Perfect example of how Butch and staff have mishandled the roster. Plays as true frosh at LB. Redshirt and beef up to DE, and then immediately move back to LB.

Because no other team in college football EVER moves players to different positions. It's unheard of.

Regards,

Jason Witten, former DE at Tennessee

Both look good. I've been hard on Dormady in the past but I must say he's impressing me this off-season.

I'll wait until the spring game but it might not be the disaster I thought it would if he gets the starting.

JG should still get playing time. But I'm warming up to the idea of Dormady potentially being the starting QB.

Ya I have really been I'm pressed with him during the two minute videos we get.

Did he start at DE, move to TE, and then move back to DE, all while gaining a significant amount of weight and then losing said weight prior to moving positions again? Not quite apples to apples imho

I saw a photo of #18 interfering with a wide receiver and nope, his head was not turned looking for the ball. Just a photo but, a lot of folks on VN would agree our DBs need to get eyes on the ball and not give the other team fifteen or more yards. A session on "what cost us ball games last year" is overdue. Focus on those fifteen yard, drive sustaining, dead ball late hits, mouthing or provoking a penalty, and getting called because you don't have a clue where the ball is.

Didn't hear a peep from the Saturday practice. I know it's not open, but did we hear anything from that practice?

All I saw were a few pictures from the Vol Football twitter account.

These closed practices suck.

We are qb rich right now. No way one of them doesn't do a pretty good job. No freaking way.

I'm a Vols fan from Canada and will be in Knoxville in August. Does anyone know if there are football events open to the public during this month.

Thanks!
