That's my concern too. We don't necessarily need a beast, just someone serviceable. Doesn't sound like they expect Amari to contribute this year according to Hubbs and not sure how many reps Boo can handle with him playing D. So we have Brazzell( Jr), Mathews( So), Stayley (R-FR),Smith(True Fr),Jackson(True Fr), Dodson(True Fr), who isn't on campus yet then Jefferson( R- Fr) and Boo. Tons of talent but damn. That's a very young WR room with little experience. Brazzell was 3rd in the SEC in dropped passes, so hopefully he takes a huge step

Yeah, that’s the rub. We’re certainly one of the rich, but programs like Texas are the cfb equivalents of Jeff Bezos. We're never gonna compete with them unless a salary cap is introduced, and even then, it'd still be a difficult hill to climb.

Not even saying this to doom. But this is what we mean when we say the portal only makes the rich richer. Programs like Texas have all the money in the world to burn, while most of them only have so much.

Need to spend the money to truly have a shot to win it all. Nature of the sport these days, i refuse to believe Tennessee is struggling by any means to get the money. Look at how many sports that are successful at Tennessee. Then you add the "talent fee" which is used for NIL the money is there in my opinion. But i could be wrong.

The talent fee is for the House decision. No NIL is coming from the school yet.

This times a million. You can tell posters who’ve played and those who have not. Ot those who pretended to play but just had a uniform.
