There are rumors a number of Kensucky kids will be entering the portal, inclduing Barion Brown and Willie Rodriguez. Will be interesting to see how many we kick the tires on since we're in on some of the same recruitments.

What seems to be lost on some is that the portal is a 2 way street. We can have some of our kids head elsewhere, too. Are we willing to part with some of our current WR's and committed kids should we go after guys like Brown and Concepcion? Gonna say it again....we need one helluva OL haul way more than another WR. I'd also like a couple more studly DL, too.

The Senior Bowl guy was tweeting about Thornton on Saturday. He was at the Vandy game. Said he’s one of the most underrated kids going to the senior bowl, or something like that.

Give me Brazzell, Mathews, Squirrell and Staley as the top 4 next year.

dl is fine, maybe get a body, depending on who's out there. Need a safety. And likely 3 OL, a WR, and a Rush End.

Sophomore this year. 831 receiving yards this season and had 1000 last season. He would be a nice Bru replacement

Imo you don't pass on Barion Brown.

I never see or hear Leacock mentioned at WR. I think he had an injury at one point early on, but didn’t know if his lack of snaps was injury related or if he had just been passed up since this is his second year.

Wonder how Cole Harrison has been developing as the potential TE3 next season. Braame could get into the mix as well given his talent.

We don’t have a ton of proven playmakers at WR. I get not wanting to run guys off, and I hope they stay, but considering we lose Bru and Thornton this year, I fully expect the staff to pursue a difference maker at WR in the portal.

Honestly, it’s probably wise to target a WR every year. OL is obviously the most important, but I do think WR is a position that can elevate the offense if you get someone dynamic, a true #1. That is something we’ve been missing since Hyatt left. You just have to be willing to pay for it.
