Cal's coaching staff must have changed the offense and said they are throwing the ball 90% of the time going forward.

I know you’re joking but there actually could be a kernel of truth to this. They did hire Nick Rolovich as an offensive assistant, and his offenses at Hawaii were classic run and shoot in the style of June Jones. So they really might be throwing the ball 90% of time, depending on how much influence in the offense he has lol

Yeah. There’s gotta be something serious going on there, all jokes aside. They did hire Harsin as OC, and he’s a known ***hole, but even then, there’s got to be something deeper than just “we don’t like the OC” at play. Crazy stuff.

Sucks for Wilcox. He’s been lucky to keep his job this long, but this is really starting to look like his final ride. Hope he can find a good DC job and land back on his feet.

Venables may have 2 years left if he doesn't start winning more. They've done a good job in the portal so far. We see if it leads to wins.
