Harvard Grad Threatens To Stab Those Who Say 'All Lives Matter' in Viral Video

A recent Harvard graduate in a TikTok video stated that she was going to “stab” anyone who said that “all lives matter.”

Claira Janover, who graduated from Harvard in May with a degree in government and psychology, posted the disturbing video on June 5 to her TikTok account under the username @cjanover. The clip went viral with over 24,000 views, more than 2,900 likes, and close to 1,600 comments.

“I’ma stab you, and while you’re struggling and bleeding out, I’ma show you my paper cut and say, ‘My cut matters too,'” she said.

If ever somebody needed their big talk challenged with a chance to back it up...but she’ll scream victim when somebody whoops her ass over it.

Look up the explanation of the 1968 symbolism before you just label it as a Black Power salute.

"In his autobiography, Silent Gesture, Smith stated that the gesture was not a "Black Power" salute but rather a "human rights" salute."

And they didn't take knees on the anthem.

Good catch on the salute. I stand corrected. As another aside, the two Black athletes, Tommie Smith and John Carlos, remained friends with the Aussie on the stand until he passed. They were pallbearers at his funeral. He took quite a bit of grief in Australia upon his return for supporting them on the podium. Amazing story.

As for the knee, we will just have to disagree, my Vol friend. As a retired Navy veteran, I find nothing disrespectful in that gesture. If they turned their backs and bent over, flipped a bird, spit, or did something else clearly manifesting disrespect, I would have a different take, though I would still support their right to do it. Taking a knee, to me, is in itself often a sign of respect and of sorrow, which seems to mesh with the athlete's point.

Not looking to start a debate. As I said, we will just have to disagree on this. I do appreciate the call out on the salute. That was poorly phrased on my part.

I don't think there's anyone on this forum who doesn't support Josh Palmer and Trey Smith as human beings, nor is there anyone who is only "pretending" to "like" them.

That being said, you can support/like a student athlete (due largely to their contributions to the school) without expressly/tacitly endorsing every single belief that they hold.
I think they have every right to speak out, but when you make sweeping insinuations about fans you’re going to get blow back.

WTH do they mean “support?”

It’s the social media effect on society. An offensive post or Tweet gives the illusion that it’s common because they truly believe social media is an accurate reflection of a majority of society. It isn’t.

State University Memo Suggests Combatting Racism Will Now Be a Condition for Enrollment

Do you have what it takes to get into college?

Not long ago, that was a question of your SAT or ACT score. But some schools — including University of California — are doing away with the tests because, according to UC Berkeley Chancellor Carol T. Christ, they “really contribute to the inequities of [the] system.”

And in this era of discrimination dialogue, the University of Colorado Boulder appears to be taking things to the next level.

As per a June 5th memo sent to all students and faculty, systemic racism is a problem in America.

What’s more: Applicants to the school must be willing to “combat racism.” That attribute, in fact is a “non-negotiable condition of enrollment and employment.”

The three expressed unity with Black Lives Matter:
They made clear that, pandemic or no, the school must join the battle against racism within the nation’s systems. And in that fight, particular consideration has to be given where potential attendees and employees are concerned. They’ll be required, it seems, to embrace a similar commitment. It’s non-negotiable:

Hammer...meet Reality...

"Trump supporters took my job away from me,” she said in another new video posted Wednesday. “I have gotten death threats, rape threats, violent threats. It was OK, but now my future’s entirely compromised because Trump supporters have decided to come for my life.”

Through tears, a defiant Janover vowed not to back down.

“I’m too strong for you. I’m too strong for any of you ‘All Lives Matter,’ racist Trump supporters,” she said. “It sucks. But it doesn’t suck as much as systemic racism. And I’m not going to stop using my platform to advocate for it.”

Soooo....she issued a threat, and now she's complaining about others threatening her and costing her a job???

And I doubt the job part had anything to do with "Trump supporters". It's called don't make idiotic threats on social media.

The youth of America scares me sometimes.

I guess the reality of cancel culture sucks when you’re on the receiving end of it instead of dishing it out.

Yet she still places blame elsewhere and can’t admit she’s solely responsible for her own stupid ass comment.🤦‍♀️

Prime example of what we’re up against folks. Absolutely no sense of personal responsibility or accountability and no understanding that actions can have negative consequences.

Damage control for what? You want to point out where me mentions, or even alludes to the BLM organization/movement in the original quote?

I think if you are going to ask people for literal evidence Josh was talking about the BLM organization , you or Josh need to literally tell us who out there isn't treating him like a human being, and what that entails.

The sword of making super vague statements cuts both ways.

The problem most people have with BLM as an organization is that it is perpetuating the idea that black Americans are under existential threat from a systemically racist society, which is a provable lie.

Josh was either

1) Implying that claim, in which I have zero problem calling him out on it.
2) Stating the obvious.
3) Making some unknown third point, which is not possible to infer from anything he said.

Don't get upset with people when you make vague accusations about them and force them to interpret what you mean, would be my advice to Josh.

NOT to sound like luther, but we have a POTUS who does the same thing. No sense of personal responsibility or accountability. Truthfully, that's the majority of our leaders. It was true of Obama as well, and I expect it will be true of Biden. It seems like personal responsibility is going extinct. Why admit fault when you can blame others?

Good take. I'm just curious what you think of Kaepernick pig socks while he took the knee.

I guess the lesson here is don't make a public threat to stab people? Pretty revolutionary but something I think we can all take to heart.

Any examples of these with factual evidence to back it up?
I am sure there are plenty............. that ignore the mortgage seekers credit score, credit history, employment history, and assets. Pretty sure I wouldn't have been able to get a mortgage when I was 19 but I built my credit, paid my bills, didnt commit crimes, and have maintained a very low debt to income ratio for 20 years. Now I get near 7 figure mortgage's thrown at me like I'm a stripper at mortgage lender bachelor party.

The entire mortgage race issue holds zero water, especially in the last 50 years. The assumption is a lender can look at an application and see the, I dont know, the ghetto first name, and decide NOPE don't want their money! Has anyone applied for a loan in person in 30 years? I haven't. Its bullsh!t. They don't lend to people who are credit risks, regardless of race or sex. Almost no one, outside of a lot of democrat politicians, will refuse to take anyone's money because of their race, sex, or religion.
