Fleck seems as annoying at Butch, except he's actually winning at a P5 school. The only difference is right now Fleck is at a lower P5 school than Butch. I'm guessing at some point we'll see Fleck at a bigger P5 school.

I have thought that same thing. Fleck is exactly what Butch aspired to be, but he's much better at it.
