I didn't know the US Secretary of Labor had oversight of international human trafficking and child labor violations. I assumed that would be a DOJ/FBI thing. Thanks for the correction.
Seems extra F'd up to appoint him to that post, considering his history of "handling" the Epstein complaints. It's not as though Trump can say he didn't know, given that the one girl was a minor in the employ of Mar-a-Lago, and Epstein being his personal associate.
I hope so! Society needs to know who these guys are that think they're rich and powerful enough to get away with this crap. I don't care if they're democrats or even if Bill Clinton was involved. They need to be exposed for the scum they are. You're missing the point. Dude is getting ready to sing like a canary.
I'm just wondering which talking heads will be brave enough to try and spin the narrative that since the girls accepted money, they weren't victims.I hope so! Acosta should have been the last mf'er in the world appointed to that post... something stinks about this.
I think you meant dumb enough. That would be career suicide. It's still against the law to have sex with an underage girl even if the girl is a prostitute and it's still sexual exploitation of a minor for the pimp/madam. There is no defense for it.I'm just wondering which talking heads will be brave enough to try and spin the narrative that since the girls accepted money, they weren't victims.

Sorry, bud. You seem like a nice guy but the fact is, the largest child sex abuse scandal ever uncovered was not exposed by a law enforcement agency, but by the Boston Globe (as MSM as it gets) in January of 2002. It involved the Catholic Church. It started with one priest (Father John Geoghan) and blew up when it was discovered that he had been enabled and protected by a cover-up which included the Archbishop of Boston, Cardinal Bernard Law. Watch the movie "Spotlight" starring Michael Keaton, Liev Shrieber, Rachel McAdams (my girlfriend) and Mark Ruffalo.I don't think any of the MSM do real objective investigative journalism beyond a segment or two. It's all done by independents.
Does this mean that the press isn't always "the enemy of the people" as a famous person likes to say?
