Unlikely.

A mere mortal would get popped for violating the sex offender registry if the cops found porn in his house while executing an arrest warrant. Potential for new charges of child porn as well.

Can’t imagine SDNY laid their cards on the table without being sure they could move forward. They’re pretty good lawyers, too.

Not a ton of familiarity with how the agreement went down, but have seen a lot of commentary that says a non-prosecution agreement is only binding on the issuing office. I don’t love that idea, but if they make the agreement pre-indictment it seems plausible.

So it reads to me like the Gov is saying the agreement only applies to Florida. Epsteins lawyers are arguing it was a global agreement with the justice department.

The complaint by Moore's family previously alleged that Buck injected Moore with crystal meth and required Moore to view “hardcore gay male pornography which played loudly on a large flatscreen television set,” while engaging in sex acts, according to the Beast.

The latest allegation from Moore's family claims that Buck “knowingly utilized interstate commerce for the purpose of recruiting, enticing and transporting” Moore from Texas to Los Angeles, for “commercial sex acts.”

Here is another thing to think about and let sink in. The Dems imposed fines and penalties on American citizens who didn't sign up for their healthcare scheme, but want to give it away to illegal aliens.

There are some unsettling details recounted by Virginia Roberts in that article.

1) She was only 15 when she was "recruited" by Ghislaine Maxwell to be a personal masseuse to Jeffrey Epstein.

2) "She (Ghislaine Maxwell) taught me the kinds of clothes to buy. His (Jeffrey Epstein) favorite was to dress me as a schoolgirl, in pigtails and little pleated skirts, and have knee socks. Ghislaine sent me to a dentist to have my teeth whitened and I went for Brazilian waxes. He (Epstein) wanted me to look pre-pubescent." - Virginia Roberts

That is just plain creepy. Epstein is a sick mother f'er.

Trump said that he felt very badly for Acosta. Does that make a damn bit of sense? No expression of sympathy for the underage girls who were assaulted by Epstein, but plenty for the attorney who let him off with a slap on the wrist. Trump can really leave you scratching your head sometimes.

Again... This keeps dangling and no one seems to be dealing with it. BowlBrother eventually brushed up against it and then dropped it...

But were these Federal charges? Was Acosta the prosecutor? Was it his job to sign the plea and inform the victims? I genuinely want to know, as it would make a huge difference in the discussion. I'm not sure how much I feel it should make in the discussion of holding him responsible for the plea if it's also true that the Feds/DoJ/Agencies informed him that the accused was off limits and to stop pushing, though.

But if the political hacks in here want to keep pushing the accusations against Acosta, they need to deal with whether he was the prosecutor and it was his jurisdiction, I think.

The Libs around here better be praying Trump is nefariously involved with Epstein and the Clinton cabal isn't. It would be a horrible if Trump orchestrated this to get the mainstream media discussing how evil the whole thing is, as they try to stain Trump with it, only to have it backfire after working up the masses.

Reading between the lines he (Acosta) was told to back off. He might be the one spearheading all of this now. The hacks calling for him to be fired on VN are misinformed, the hacks in DC calling for the same thing are panicking.

I just think it's a detail that's been repeatedly claimed, and repeatedly ignored. I'd like to see it dealt with in the discussion by those with such forceful opinions on what Acosta should pay for now.

On a side note, (which shouldn’t be a side note) there must be some serious parental apathy and neglect out there that allows 14-year-old girls the time/opportunity to become so deeply involved in stuff like this. Haven’t heard that mentioned anywhere.
