Official Madden 2012 Thread

Things as simple as Rodgers movements in the huddle are ****ing insane. I am blown away ho good this is.NCAA will get a little dusty soon.
 
I want to believe Mason......I want to believe. I hope it is this good after the newness wears off. Also keep in mind this is from a build pre E3 so it could either get way better or way worse
 
Mason, after you make some good runs or throws, hit start and you can see on the right hand side of the screen the Dynamic Player Performance. It should have certain traits for some players and a plus or minus
 
Mason, test some stuff out for me. Keep throwing shallow routes to wr's behind the LBs. First bullet pass then try the softer pass. Everyone has been commenting on how the super LBs arent existant in M12 like AA12. People have been saying the trajectory on the passes is way better.
 
Super LBs are definitely not there.

But when I played the game this morning, it wasnt like they were very ineffective in pass defense either. I threw one pass to a WR that was just past the ILB and he broke it up. He jumped up and swatted it, but not to the extent that it is done in AA this year.
 
The slider base is also much broader in Madden this year compared to AA that we will be able to tailor or gameplay much better imo. Hopefully we can rely on OS to get some great sliders.
 
No Super lbs as i can see. Trajectory on passes are so different. Lob and bullet are so different. I ****ing love this game.

Settle down....I dont want you to get too high, you will crash harder. I am holding out hope that this game turns out to be as great as it is feeling right now.
 
What's the difference in playing slow to normal to fast? I wont be home til 9pm.

Huge!!!! When I was at default of normal, the game was wayyyy tooo fast and you couldnt feel any momentum or player weight. When I switched it from default to very slow, the game played so much better and you could "feel" the player momentum. If that makes any sense.
 
I despise the kicking meter in this game. It's straight out of the 90's. Its set up much better in NCAA IMO.

I like the madden one better. It makes it harder and more realistIc. The one in NCAA is 100% power every time.

I like the normal. Slow is just a tad bit sluggish to me.

This........FGs should have some sort of challenge to them imo and the new(old school) meter gives it a little bit of difficulty. What about the rest of the game Duck, what do you think?
 
The rest of it i'm fine with. I haven't played the demo a ton, though. Just one game.

I have no want or desire to play Ncaa. I love the kicking meter you can change it to classic view.
