To me, it’s bigger than the QB. There is an apparent riff going on within the team and that is a detriment to winning. Team chemistry is majorly important. However, this crap show we’re seeing could’ve been avoided if butch would’ve manned up and named a starter from the beginning. This QB controversy is all on his lack of leadership.

I don't think so. Not on JG or QD: the system is flawed.

I just can't see Butch going 9-3 even 8-4 this year. He's lost the team or at least all signs point to it. Once that happens, you're caput. He's lost the lions share of the fans, and would take a lot to get them back.

I took it on the chin over Gruden last time. Still haven't recovered. That is why I've not predicted anything. And won't no matter what I hear.



Gruden is who I want, and the type of perception changing hire this program needs. He's my 1a, and 1b...don't much care after that. There are a couple of names that would satisfy me...outside of those we're just settling.



That being said, I'm happy with everything I am hearing.

To me the big thing is not adjusting his system to fit the player strength instead of making players try to learn his system. Square peg, Round hole.
