I don't think he will screw this up. I don't know how many people on here know him but if you do you know he is smart, calculating, and a bit of a psychopath. That last term has a bit of a negative connotation but it should serve us well. He knows this is the hire to cement his legacy as a one of the top AD's in the country. His need to succeed due to drive and ego will make sure he doesn't do anything short sighted. I don't know who is on his list but he like all AD's has a group of coaches that he likes and knows.
