It will be so good to be in the talk for an SEC Title and a BCS title once The Man is running the show. Last year before the season started did everyone not feel great and energized when hearing everyone talk about UT winning the east. Thats what we need every year or at least 3 out of 4.

Nope....still very quiet. Everyone is tight lipped. That's good. Work is being done I think.

Plain and simple, if Gruden loves Tennessee as much as he lets on then all we would need to do is open up the checkbook to get him. You offer him an 8 mill contract which is fair for both sides, and I guarantee he will think long and hard about being Tennessee's next head coach.

I have no way of knowing but iirc there was rumors last time of 30 mil for 5 years

I believe we will be in this pattern for some time..... there will likely be No more news until Butch is gone...... be prepared for local sports casters to tell us Gruden is Not coming!!!!
