Dave Hart is trolling the hell out of the media. Looool

Zero chance he hires a coach that Dooley beat.

Hope the boosters are getting things done today with Gruden. I just don't have any faith in Hart. This is the same guy who was lobbying for Dooley to stay with a 7-5 record. This is the University of Tennessee not Vandy.

We could have done a lot worse assuming he doesn't turn us down as well.

It would surely defy the laws of common sense. You fire dooley, then hire someone who lost to him? I think we could do worse (not much), but you CAN'T hire a man that lost to the guy you just fired.

I would take Fulmer in his worse year before I would accept that B Jones is the best we can do...

So the WHOLE Gruden plan involves us signing him likely in the middle or end of December (which it is not, still early) and I come into this thread to see everyone seriously thinking Butch Jones is going to be hired...guys, WHAT else do you need to see out of this process to realize its been Gruden the whole time. How bad does this "list" have to get before you finally go "I don't buy that, no way this is for real". If I told you in October our list would be down to Butch Jones, the special teams/assistant DB coach for the Bengals, and Tommy Bowde none of you would buy that garbage. Grude day

Butch Jones will NOT be coaching here. And if by some miracle he were to end up here ... Kiss this program goodbye.

Shoot, man, this "hire" isn't even a hire yet. I'm not defending him, because that stat isn't worth a damn to me. I'm just stating a fact. Besides, for all we know Jones backed out of CU to take Wisconsin job. Rucker doesn't know.

Look at the media's track record since the search started...have they ever been right?

Y'all are freakin' out at every little thing...just because the OG's aren't here, it doesn't mean anything...they have said repeatedly, like thousand of times, if they heard anything differently they would tell us...they do have a life outside of this, ya know...

Just got off the phone with a couple and asked about Jones...immediate reaction to all was "haha", the guy who lost to Dooley?

That's who we need :p

Would rather keep Chaney and make him HC>
