Gruden will wear a non-orange tie for the duration of the game. As soon as the game is over, they'll toss over to Gruden and we'll see him in an orange tie and he simply announces that he is leaving MNF. That's it, nothing else.

I really hope people aren't going to watch this terrible game because they think Gruden is announcing that he's coming to Tennessee.

Don't get me wrong, you should feel free to watch. But please, for your own sake, don't watch hoping for an announcement.

Exactly... Announcing that he will be coaching the Tennessee Volunteers is one thing, but announcing that he will be leaving MNF is completely believable and normal.

If this were the case, ESPN would be promoting an announcement to draw viewers. They wouldn’t just do it out of the blue.

No Ativan for me. Last time I took it, I hallucinated that the Braves baseball team was coming through my TV to kill me. I freaked the hospital nurse the F out. It’s a listed allergy for me, now. 😂

Holy cow! Well, that’s no good! It’s the only thing that can bring my anxiety down and still let me function. I can’t fly since 9/11 without it. My job required me to be all over the country or in Ireland quite often. Couldn’t have done it without it.

But if the decision was JUST made today, he'd have time to tell his bosses at ESPN and then announce it tonight.

It would kinda burn a bridge if he knew he was leaving and didn't tell them and for them to find out later from another source.

Chip Kelly did the same thing just the other Saturday. Basically called into work and said he was done.
