There is a very succinct method in which these things are done. The university puts out an announcement that said coach has been hired (preferably as they tend to leak out immediately before the U has the chance to put out the announcement) and then a press conference is held a day or two later to formally introduce new said coach.
To have some sort of announcement outside of that especially on MNF is nonsensical.
Gruden will wear a non-orange tie for the duration of the game. As soon as the game is over, they'll toss over to Gruden and we'll see him in an orange tie and he simply announces that he is leaving MNF. That's it, nothing else.
