Seemed to be their opinion too. They all knew Currie to some degree when he was at ut before. They would ride in the same jet to and from games based on their mutual friend who owns the plane and box. I think their conversation has validity and was an actual sit down with Currie himself. Kind of weird, and to them as well, that he we would essentially joke about coaching suggestions. Just all pointed to the search being completed already

He is a good dude. We had a lot of fun playing ball together. If you talk to him and can remember ask him if he has ever heard of "The Power of the Penny". If we haven't gotten to old and lost our memories he will get a kick out of it.

Best game I attended that we lost - '90 Notre Dame

Worst game I attended that we lost - '90 Bama, with honorable mention going to '86 Army.

The Notre Dame game is one of the best football games I have witnessed in person. If Andy Kelly's pass had been one yard higher we win. Not knocking Kelly, he is one of my favorite Vol QBs.

Wow! Finally caught up after a full day of real life. This is definitely the most positive vibe I've seen in this thread in a long time! I love it!

I also love the golf idea! And I love the charity angle too! I used to live for golf until marriage and kids. Picked it up late in life - almost 30. Had my handicap down to 8 and just had the best round of my life of 75. Then my son was born... Fast forward a set of twins and 15 years later I'm starting to play again. Feels weird, but I'm working my way back.

Anyway, rock on Grudenites!! Much better days ahead for our Vols! Soon!!

Just caught up.

Favorite game - '98 SEC Championship / Battle at Bristol (took my son)

Checked out the links to a lot of great charities (that's why we're Volunteers)

And oh yeah, I almost forgot.......Gruden....soon....100%

Pages 25-60 ish. You can skim pretty quick and then, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom. Of course, you already knew all that was said, but it was nice to see it all. You could sense that they weren't even waiting to be bombarded with ?. The Beaver was even casual.

Have a very Happy Thanksgiving.
