I thought I saw where you had watched it. The guy that played Shane on The Walking Dead plays The Punisher.

Nope. Not watched either. Prolly just liked a post or posted a gif that worked in what I was writing. I been thinking of watching TWD, but ain’t got time right now...

Best game I attended that we lost - '90 Notre Dame

Worst game I attended that we lost - '90 Bama, with honorable mention going to '86 Army.

The Notre Dame game is one of the best football games I have witnessed in person. If Andy Kelly's pass had been one yard higher we win. Not knocking Kelly, he is one of my favorite Vol QBs.

The experience alone of hearing over a 100k people cheering is a feeling you'll never forget, so for me I can't pick out 1 football game that was my favorite because they are all good to me ,I've never been to a football game I didint enjoy but I'd have to say out of all the games I've attended ,I'll never ever forget how loud Thompson Boling arena got when Chris Lofton grilled Kevin Durant for the win ,that was my best game experience in my opinion..sorry for switching it up but I just had to put that out there

Who said that? I'm a RF regular. They do make fun of Grudenites, but that is par for the course. There was one idiot earlier today that was saying this thread is making not just VN, but everyone in the south look stupid to the rest of the country.

yeah that guy.

Most of us are Gruden fans first, but we do discuss the possibility of other coaches with more than enough inside info coming from Ron and other folks.

As if the vast majority of those "other coaches" threads aren't contributing to that at all. :whistling:

They are terrified that we are right. They would gladly pass on Gruden, welcome Google McMACCoach with open arms, and doom Vols football to another decade (or more) of mediocrity, than have to admit that we were right.

EDIT: A Marrone thread?? YGBSM.

I thought that was already established cuz we sleep with our sisters and have kids with our cousins?

Gruden is the pick here. I don't know why the recruiting forum and the mullenites don't acknowledge this. I think it is the beat down vol syndrome. They think we can't have really nice things. We have to be content with mediocrity.

The ‘98 Arkansas game was one of a kind for a lot of reasons. But the final drive of that game, post-Stoerner fumble was the most dominant drive I’ve ever witnessed. Travis Henry was getting the ball every play. And everyone in that stadium knew it. And he could not be stopped. The OLine looked like they were playing a JV team. I’ll never forget that drive.

This is the game that sticks out the most for me. Weather was terrible and i thought we lucked out bc our seats were just under the awning of the second level (stay dry for the win). Umm no, there was a major leak right above us and it drenched us for the entire game. Up until the fumble the game was awful...we couldn’t seem to do anything right. Fans were leaving by the thousands and then....THE FUMBLE! Everyone who was exiting was running back from the concourse. For me personally that was the loudest I have ever heard the stadium. People hanging from the rafters on the concourses, stadium was shaking, and Travis Henry was a machine on that last drive! After that game I knew it was fate for us to win the NC! I also remember that game too as Al Wilson was part of the team and he is my fav Vol of all time. That guy was just a pure beast! Have always wanted to get the chance to meet him!

Actually had season tickets that year and I remember being so pessimistic at half time. Amazing win that night! Has to up there with the loudest, almost rivaling the Dane Bradshaw game-sealing layup!
