If Hart gets Fisher I will be pissed. Look at all the talent FSU has and had and what's in their back yard. I don't think he has made it to BCS game in weak ACC with that talent.

Gruden will never acknowledge because he doesn't want to be on record for having turned down Tennessee personally. Hart will never acknowledge because he doesn't want to be on record for Tennessee being rejected. IMO, if it never happens, it will be as if it never did.
Respectfully:
Why do we all assume Gruden cares so much about what we think of him if rejects us personally? What does it matter to the rest of his career?
Not a shot at all, I just want to know why we all think he's so concerned with what we think of him. It's not as if he needs to leave the door open for coaching here in the future.
overreact much?
Fisher is a solid coach. He has been on the job three years, if he beats Georgia Tech today he will AVERAGE 10 wins a season (FSU hasn't had a ten win season since 2003). I think his record against the SEC is 3-1, with two of those wins coming against Florida and one against South Carolina.
Fisher might be just what the doctor ordered...
Why does everyone keep harping about the control issues that Gruden would of wanted? If I was hart I would be glad to give up some control. If gruden came in and sucked, Hart could say, well I had nothing to do with it. If anything it would be Hart having a get out of jail free card.

He's 40!!!!!
Why haven't we considered baylor's coach, he has pulled baylor out of the crapper the last few years.

Pretty sure Art Briles coached Branndon Stewart in high school... bridge burned there? Probably not since Branndon transferred because there was no chance he would ever beat Peyton out.
I like Briles, I believe he makes between $2-3 million at Baylor. 4th season at Baylor, may be ready to step up to the challenge of the SEC.
