Well Guys I guess he ended up saying no in the end. Was there ever any interest or was it just a game to him? Free publicity? We'll never probably truly know. This thread has meant so much to me this season as I'm trying to go thru school. The quest for the Grude was a wild one, and a long one. But at least it kept me distracted through the worst season ever. I went to the GT game and it was a classic. I also went to the swamp and witnessed the heartbreaker there. ROCKbottom. I'll always love the VOLS! Feel good about Pruitt's hire, he'll get us back! Gotta keep the faith!

The danger of these threads was that the Gruden only, just for fun, but no naysayers mentality quickly purged all critical thought. In fact, the true believers who often cited Freaks Gruden rules (interpreted by them as though shall have no gods before Gruden e.g, GTFO) often broke the same rules by wholly buying into the nonsense and losing sight of the just for fun directive.
Its a perfect example of what happens when wanting information is replaced by a hysteria of looking only for affirmation. Ultimately its a macro study of the trap our insiders fell for on a micro level, again.
I hope weve learned our lesson, but Im certain we havent.
