After 2012 I don't want to believe because the letdown sucks. But I can't help hoping. Feels almost exactly like 2012 with the same people on the same sides. All the positive stuff is cryptic as hell and Gruden not saying there's no way he's coming. I fear some people being called trolls for raining on the Gruden parade will be proven right again.

When Hargis came out with what he said back then I immediately bought in. I take a lot of the same approach now. I pay attention to all the "insiders" but try to rely more on the information from the people I know. No offense at all to all the OGs I really appreciate what they bring. I even enjoy the Nancy Drew mystery the Beav has going on lol.

What hurt back then was it was portrayed like it never happened at all. No one believes anything that had been told and everyone was a troll. Lots of folks to this day only know what they read in paper or heard on news so basically Stephen was worse, he lied. Glad he got some vindication today.

My boy is 12 and has never been to Neyland. ( I Know) Hopefully, with Gruden as coach I’ll feel like making that long trip to Knoxville.

I agree....he seems like a down to earth guy who wants Gruden just as much as us. Glad he got to put it out today.

Its a magical place for a kid, and a grown kid too for that matter. He has never seen the Al Wilsons, the Lenord Littles, and on and on. That's what I want him to experience.

What I find weird is Colin cowherd went from "Tenn should hire Gruden" to " Tenn fans are stupid to want gruden,get boring Dan Mullen" real fast

Absolutely there is no doubt in my mind he was right on what he reported. The rug got pulled from under him after the article.

Who is BCarter, and what did he/she say or do that has everyone so bummed out?

I'm still trying to wrap my arms around why and how this place went from 99.9% certain and jubilant to nearly a wake in just a few hours.

He posted he was getting texts from other so called insiders asking him to go along with them. Didn't call them out by name but basically said several of the folks we think of as insiders were lying to us.

Most the lull though is where most everyone was exhausted since following last night, today, and tonight.

He's a credible source that said a lot of the same people from 2012 are still here trolling like last time but didn't say who so everybody started speculating. And he said that Gruden isn't happening which he was right about last time.
