Who was it that posted about being Tee Martin’s friend and him being contacted by Gruden? goinuponatuesday, maybe? Because they’ve been proven right pretty resoundingly.

I may be wrong then but that is the way it was expressed to me by a member of the AD several years ago with regards to the call for "TwitterCruiting" when TSR was promoting fans flooding recruits Twitter with well wishes. It was in response to my asking if that was in any way a recruiting violation and they said it was.

I think Mullen’s going to be a homerun for somebody, and if we can’t get Gruden (which I choose to believe is already a done deal) I could get behind him.

Just thinking out loud...
In the beginning it seemed like there was talk about what CJG needed in order to give this a go. The AD was crickets. The talk was, come on man, do what it takes.
Now there seems to be a lot of talk of Hey, we did our thing, your move. There is smoke everywhere and EVERYONE seems to be chattering.
Just struck me as interesting......

So tonight gives Jon the perfect opportunity to deny he’s looking at leaving MNF to coach. He wouldn’t comment in the past about a job that wasn’t available but it is now. So does he? Does ESPN completely stay away from it or allow him to talk about it. It’s had to have come up in production meetings. Gotta be the elephant in the room.

It's very detailed with the AA and its also a status that once you are deemed one, then you will never lose that status in the eyes of the AA. Simply buying tickets or purchasing food or what have you, does not make you a booster. You make a donation for season tickets, then yes you are in the club in the eyes of the AA.

He would get his agent to do it if he were to turn it down, just like in 2012 he got his agent to release a statement.

This thread is an obsession....I get home on my lunch break, check in to this thread for my Grumors fill. Get home from work, check this thread. If I had a girlfriend or wife she’d kill me as much as I’d be ignoring her for my daily Gruden news. Thanks to all those who post their information it gives me hope. Hope that Gruden is coming and will lead us back to our rightful place among the elite programs.

Soon...I really, really, really hope.
