I'm on the verge of finally getting my K/D ratio back to 1:1. I got pwned bad when I first started b/c I hadn't really played the Halo series before Halo3.

I'm itching to get that little bit of exp and my Major rank... I also need to get my team slayer rank to +30 so that I can try and push the Lone Wolves one +35 without worrying about dropping below 30 and losing rank. :lol:

I played last night on my buddies account... And got destroyed.

I'm the world's worst sniper. Even back on Halo 2 when I got to level 35-ish, I still couldn't snipe.

Last night? Five games of shotty snipers.

You should be excited by the mauler then... dual-wield maulers at close range... first shot gets the shields, second shot finishes 'em off... or you can melee for the second.

i want to play with some of you guys sometime. i've been having a pretty good average lately. i'm ranked a 26 right now.

I do like the maulers, but I always used nades to try and corral people. I'd get into close quarters, throw it just behind them. Either they get hit by the grenade and I take 'em down from behind or I beat them one-on-one.

shotty/mauler smack pisses most everyone off.

I don't mind the shotgun, as that's what I expect from it... in fact, a close range shotgun blast is immediate death.

I just think the mauler is cheap.

Yup. Although I may put it down for a while and finish Kameo... and any other early 360 game I can get my hands on for five bucks.
