NVM, I looked it up. Looks like it might be better than the other games. I bet a lot of people are going to hate that it isn't Master Chief in the game.

It will be weird to associate a Halo game w/out the chief, but I am looking forward to the game nonetheless. Looks good.

Maybe I'll pop it in next week and practice some. There are achievements I can get now that would encourage me to play again.

I would be up for it if you all decide to do it again....or hit me up sometime. My kids and I are on most days between Halo, Madden and COD. Gamertag is tng8r.

It's not you as much as everyone else whose played steadily and gotten better.

I've found that what time you play is the biggest factor on your success. If you log on at 4-7 EST, you'll be playing a bunch of kids and rock. On the other end of the spectrum, you play after 1am EST, you'll get your ass handed to you.

I'm up for playing during ya'll's 'halo nights' in the future -- it'd be badass if we could get enough to make some custom games. If we set it a week or so in advance, I could get 4-6 people to join up (including myself).

I need the map pack they released- then I might jump back into it. I can't play big team maps anymore =(

Same here, but I don't want to drop money into a game that's not even mine for the new maps. You need the maps to play ranked matches, though.

Battle Squad, or whatever the 6v6 ranked list is, is the best match making playlist for Halo 2 or 3 -- it's incredible.

Some of those new maps are awesome........you really need to get them or it limits your matchmaking if you don't have them.......Cold Storage is a free one.

Thats me, I havent played H3 in months and the last time I put it in I had my ass kicked. I need to brush up for sure. If you guys wouldnt mind me jumping in I would love to get a VN H3 rumble going on. My GT is Vols461. hit me up. Just say u r from VN and I will know who you are.

My Live membership ran out this morning, so I'm not sure when I'll be back on but this is definitely more enjoyable than COD 4... lol.
