Official Greg Schiano thread

So he can't coach in the NFL and he was 68-67 at Rutgers
..: and is a pedophile enabler. And we should hire this guy ???

1. Maybe he can’t coach in the NFL maybe he just had a bad team it was only 2 seasons how many great coaches fail in there first 2 seasons I’m sure it’s a lot
2.68-67 at Rutgers is a huge accomplishment that’s what most people that don’t know about Rutgers will never understand.
3. That’s messed up to call someone a pedophile enabler when you have no idea what happened

Maybe he is Santa Claus ... either is a horrible choice for UT head coach. Let him go to Iowa make their offense explosive, he is apparently the only coach than can do that. Even w his " better DL than any he had in the NFL "

If it isn't Les Miles, this would be the best coach to get Tennessee back to tough hard nosed winning football.

I don’t understand the obsession this one guy has with this coach.

Not an obsession buddy, just want Tennessee to win. Just seems like an obsession because I understand the football landscape in today's "business football"

And could see who the realistic candidates were from the beginning, not pipe dreams or coaches who were playing the Tennessee card to rework and get raises at their current schools.

God, Miles would be even worse.

Les Miles knows the SEC.

Schiano would be a better 10-15 year answer for Tennessee.

Miles knows what it takes to win right now. And already has SEC ties and relationships.

Both have recruiting ties to the south.

No thanks

You seem to be responsible for about 80% of the "smoke."

Try a google search on "greg Schiano Tennessee"

And then tell me I'm the only one.....

Ohio state media is reporting the possibility of him being gone to Tennessee.

Tennessee media is reporting between him and Mullen

And one from today claiming sources saying it's Frost, Schiano, or Mullen

Tennessee Coaching Rumors: Mullen To Stay At Mississippi State, Could Pursue Frost & More

Let Currie do his job and figure it out. Just like Ohio State, Michigan, USC, and Oregon did.

Looks like he is moving towards being Tennessee's HC either way. A whole lot of smoke coming from Schiano being the guy.

Have not seen one "report " about the fAiled NFL pedophile enabler being anywhere near the UT job except for your relentless pushing of an average big east coach who can't hold Iowa under 55 w his self proclaimed better than NFL DL

ignorant response. there plenty of reports saying tennessees interest in schiano

someone throw some gas on this fire

Patterson just did.... look for more of the power 5 coaches to follow suit with raises and extensions. That are names being floated out for Tennessee and other jobs. ( wakeup people it's 2017 its business football now this is how this works)

Gruden is out, Mullen is out, Frost will be at Florida or Nebraska. Campbell has a 9 million buyout.

So you have Les Miles, Greg Schiano, and Mike Norvell left as guys who have won games as HC's

If not one of these 3 fire up google search

Schiano is a Google coach, and when our fans Google him, they’ll see his Sandusky history.

I think Norvell (with an SEC caliber DC would be very successful here). I have no way of proving it, and I could be wrong but just my two cents.

Try it.... it doesn't show up when you google his name? Why? Because he has been vetted by several university's and law agencies

Maybe I need to google "help me find something bad on Greg Schiano and it doesn't need any proof"

Would that do it?
