Aaron rodgers qb rating 106
Vince Young qb rating 71
and......

Lots of QBs have had poor ratings while the talent around them sucked. It's nothing new. Rodgers is playing during mop-up duty for one of the best teams in the NFL. Young plays on one of the worst offenses in the NFL.

that's what happens when you have a qb who no one fears
I think it's the fact that no one fears the receiving corps. Leinart is a better example of a QB that few fear beating them deep due to lack of arm strength. He's loaded at WR and has a great RB, but people still press his WRs because of his lack of arm strength.

Chow would have been a great hire and would have persuaded a lot of players to come to TN, however we were under the gun to make a hire quickly because of recruiting. This years class will be very weak anyway so it probably would not have made a difference. Fulmer needs to go. Our program has steadily declined over the years and we could use a new presence to get our players focused and disciplined. We just lost the two Oklahoma recruits after the marijuana incident. He has lost the team.

I'm with you about Fulmer needing to go based upon the decline, but the loss of the recruits isn't really a loss. Those two weren't coming to UT in any way, shape or form.

Farve's corpse will lead the packers to a 6-10 season. Unless they wise up and start rodgers.(Droski)

How would Chow be a better OC than Clawson? Chow hasn't done crap. Obviously he just got canned. We hired a 4 time coach of the year and a proven coach and recruiter in 1-AA

Are you referring to the equestrian team or what? You have to be joking that they have a tougher schedule. The SEC week in and week out is the power conference. Put USC in the SEC and they'd lose 2 or 3 games a season

Lost the team because a couple of 18-19yo freshmen decided to light up? Give me a break. If that's the only qualification then I doubt there's a Div I-A coach left after this offseason.

right right right. that's why they are undefeated against the SEC with virtually every game being a blowout since he got there.

I agree with your assessment, however they don't take the abuse like SEC players do day in and day out.

Why hire an overrated, NFL reject like Chow for a college offense? He had all that success at SC with a bunch of superstars, not his coaching.

we got the best to meet our needs. Norman Chow would have been a disaster over the hill? I guess you thought Cut was the man too.

You think leinhart could take the pounding SEC QB's take week in week out? He can't take the abuse in the NFL

to be fair, he's behind the Cards o-line. Put Favre back there and his consecutive start record would be history
