The SB trophy doesn't say Tom Brady on it. He has benefited by playing his entire career for the dominant team of his era and for the greatest head coach of all-time. He has done a great job, but it's likely that any number of QBs in his position would have been just as successful. During the times in his career when he was injured/suspended, other Pats QBs played in his place with similar winning percentages. So wins and championships alone don't tell the story.
Brady has now played the same # of seasons as Peyton Manning and he still trails Peyton in every major statistical category by a wide margin.
It's an argument, but I think the evidence still supports Peyton as the GOAT. I think Brady may even be 3rd in his era behind Drew Brees. Check the stats.
It really shouldn't have been a pass in the first place. For some baffling reason, they got too aggressive (or too greedy) in a situation where not only could they have ended the game but no real benefit came from what they ended up calling (there's close to zero difference between an 11-point lead and a 15-point lead when 3 minutes or less are left), and in the end it cost them immensely.
Like Bradshaw reminded everyone, no QB has lost as many Superbowls as Brady as well. It's a stat like Clank Kobe's missed shots that will likely never be overshadowed by another player in our lifetimes.
It's amazing. Guys like him might as well say it doesn't matter what Brady does, he's made up his mind.
It's laughable at this point.
If the Big Tuna was correct in that you are what your numbers say you are, Bradshaw Superbowl record 4 & 0. Brady 5-2. <Drops the mic and walks off>

For me, it's who he is playing with.
466 yards passing at 39 throwing to those guys.
I didn't know who James White was until yesterday
The only thing that's laughable is citing a TEAM statistic to justify individual greatness. Brady could not have achieved his defining qualification to be considered the GOAT without Belichick and the TEAMs that were built around him. He would readily admit this. By your logic Terry Bradshaw is the second best QB to ever play and Fran Tarkenton was a bum.
All I'm saying is there is more to consider than just SB wins -- which is after all a TEAM accomplishment. Greatest TEAM of all-time? That's a different argument. Greatest player at an individual position? You have to consider more than just wins and championships.
No offense 99, and I do believe Brady is the GOAT....but the "look who he's played with " argument doesn't wash with me. All I know is nobody can cover any of those guys, they're running free all the time. That's not a slight a Brady because he's incredibly decisive and accurate and I believe he's the best ever. But even though we've never heard of some the guys he throws to, they're constantly open/running free and they make plays and get great yards after catch.

Fess Up: which one of you just called sports animal and said the last TD in regulation wasn't a TD because the players feet were never in the end zone?
Even said everyone in the room agreed that it wasn't a TD.
If that is the case, the OT TD wasn't a TD because the players feet never went in the end zone.
