Two ways to look at it. He could have also signed with GA and they got wind that Neids made contact which would be a violation. If Ga did not know he had signed then they would also not know that he committed a violation since contact is permissible providing he has not signed and it was not in person.

Seriously... he hung out with Nieds for a couple days in Vegas... they basically travelled back to Knoxville together on an airplane, he was on our campus until the dead period, hanging out with Nieds, Pruitt, and our other recruits. Then he signed on Wednesday. I just don’t see how he’s not a Vol. I’ll be stunned if Nieds missed when he had that much time with him leading up to signing. Pruitt the closer with him as well. Momma loves Pruitt and wants him at TN. Surely he’s a Vol

It’s not a violation if there was no knowledge of him signing elsewhere. Sounds like Georgia was upset that Nieds contacted him during a no contact period. I think that could be good news for us. Only way he would contact him during a no contact period is if he’s a committed player. All of this still has a lot of wiggle room though.
