That one is easy to explain away. He is ranked number two and Gilbert is number one. Two teams playing with a lot of high end talent in your back yard. I would be there if i was him regardless.

That theory just doesn't make sense. Why does UGA care if he has been contacted at that point? The deed is done and the signature is binding. Turning in TN just invites unwanted attention back on them. Skeletons in both closets, I'm sure.

That is because they did not know he signed with us.

Two ways to look at it. He could have also signed with GA and they got wind that Neids made contact which would be a violation. If Ga did not know he had signed then they would also not know that he committed a violation since contact is permissible providing he has not signed and it was not in person.
