No Kings

I agree in part with this. People should always protest and call attention to government overreach.

Its just that Trump has been so much worse than any of the others in that he turns every part of government he can into partisan hackery with the sole purpose to do his bidding in this four year revenge tour. Add in some of the toxic cabal he surrounds himself with and it just makes it that much worse.
😂 🤡

Yup, no servicemen killed under Biden, nope not a one

Burned through munitions (sending them to Ukraine)

Spike the price of oil (cancelled Keystome Pipeline and cancelled oil leases)

Tanked the market (extreme inflation)

SOOOOOOO glad we had ole Brandon in charge 🙄
Oh. erry body helping me out. Sugar, I just might have to jump back in . I got what they all said. lol.

Just to note - It was already partisan hackery before he got there the first time. Obama made sure of that. At this point we just validating if bj's with teeth or without teeth is better.

It would have allowed more refined product to reach the world market.
Which would be nice to have, especially if we could benefit more directly. It was stupid to cancel it - pure politics playing to his base.

But it didn’t take any supply off the market, so it didn’t spike global oil prices. Not to mention it might have been 1% of global volumes.

How did killing Keystone (which was stupid) impact global oil prices?

Sent a note to the futures market that the Biden admin was not going to be energy friendly for non-renewables...

This plus several of the Biden admin attacks on refining capacity sent this message to the markets

Yea I think when Biden threatened Big Oil with extinction it sent a pretty clear message, and probably didn’t inspire domestic producers to help the domestic situation by bringing more capacity on line.

See Red text. If you want to argue they are shaping up to be equally bad, I can't really debate that under the current conditions. But, worse than Biden....that ain't accurate. I really thought you would have chosen bad things Trump has done that Biden did not actually do. But, that list may not exist.
WEEEEEEEEEEeeeeeee... let's just make up ****.

The rhetoric and posture is what drove energy prices high, not the actual Keystone capacity cut.

Same thing with Iran. Market realizes admin has no clue what they are doing here. They are selling oil at any sign of a Trump off ramp...

Yea I referenced the rhetoric

-Biden did not spike the price of oil via foreign policy. He threw gasoline on an inflation fire via domestic policy and rhetoric aimed at Big Oil.

-The Biden Dems left a ridiculous amount of hardware behind. They did not leave behind high end munitions like the ones Trump has burned thru in this dust up with Iran.

Biden (and Trump to some degree) shipped a lot of ammunition to Ukraine

Facts

-No, Biden did not tank the markets via foreign policy. Markets fell on inflation and interest rate hikes, again domestic.

Facts

Are you sure you understand the difference between Foreign & Domestic policy?

*I’ll give you the servicemen killed. I had forgotten about the losses at the clusterf@ck Afghanistan withdrawal.

Facts

Anyone with an ounce of common sense and the intelligence of an orangutan would have been an improvement over Biden and yet here we are with Trumpy.

He's not wrong
Yall always trying to get me drunk 🥴 Please dont ever confuse my rants for me being angry or stressed because of US politics though. I just bang out a couple paragraphs of "stream of thought" with 2thumbs on mobile always when I think something pertaining to these events past or present. I dont much care about these issues in real life on a day to day basis because we are mostly unaffected by these bad policies and ideologies. Sure we feel the squeeze of inflation, taxes, and currently higher gas prices etc....but most of the ridiculous crap the Left pushes for thankfully has no impact on my day to day life. I dont have to deal with "trans" nonsense, address anyone by insane pronouns, get involved with the Climate Change Grift**, deal with Socialism, Jew Haters or muslims in my everyday life. My family and I live a simple lifestyle composed mostly of church and family time. None of us work in government jobs or have had to deal with DEI nonsense. None of us took the jab. All of us own and use guns. We are pretty happy and laid back in our day to day lives. I just tend to post these longer posts and try to push back against the terrible ideas of the modern Left that I believe will wreck this country if allowed to continue. I do actually worry sometimes about the country and world that my kids and eventual grandkids will have to endure after I am gone. Which is why we need to reject this Globalism and Leftist nonsense at every turn. Nothing that is posted here on VN upsets me though, and I enjoy exchanging ideas with everyone even though we dont always see things the same way. Appreciate yall.

** the Climate Change Grift affects everyone. They have ruined cars, trucks etc. Just as 1 example. Stolen Trillions worldwide and raised taxes to pay for it. That one does kinda grind my gears tbh

Could you imagine how long your posts would be if you had a govt job...

Yes, but not the high-end munitions (e.g., Tomahawk, SM-2, SM-3, Sea Sparrow, THAAD, etc) that have been consumed at a blistering rate in the Iran conflict

This is true to an extent. Some of those (not Tomahawks obviously) are seeing their first real combat action/being tested and evaluated as attacks continue. We should have a better understanding of their accuracy and effectiveness after this. Gonna be expensive to replace them though...and take quite a while. We suck at producing things at home anymore unfortunately.

No kings just posted their next no kings protest for 3-28. Nationwide.
Thank goodness.

So far, they have been incredibly successful. We still don’t have a king.

Don’t know how we managed from 1789 - 2025, but I am glad for their efforts these last 14 months.
