... with regards to the way NiL is distributed, "you ain't never told a lie"! First schools for most 4 and 5 star players will just be where player 'x' gets their foot in the door.
I would bet 3/5 (or worse) 5star players flip-flop at least once in their "careers", with the team-hoppers becoming the norm as well.
3* players, imho, are the sweet spot for talent and coachability. Any higher, and they're too flakey and proned to monetary temptations. Any lower and they probably lack the anatomical primordial soup to develop into D-1 footballers. But idk...
