NBA Playoffs Thread

Has nothing to do with who's team it is.

Maybe we have different definitions of what that means.

FWIW, Curry is coming off an injury and their shots per minute in the playoffs are nearly identical* and Curry is getting more assists.

*19.5 vs 19.3 per 36

It’s Curry franchise. But Durant is still the best player on that team.

Not many situations or teams put together have a chance against the Warriors.

What? So the Cavs, with what some call no supporting cast, are about a quarter of basketball short of being up on the Warriors 2-1. Think about it, the only game the Warriors have truly doinated is game 2. Even last night, GS only won by 8. And that took a Lebron type performance by KD.

That being said, you mean to tell me that if LBJ went to Houston, Boston, Philly, San Antonio, Portland or the Pelicans that they wouldnt stand a chance? Why?

that is why I would rather have a free agent....I dont really want to deal Fultz yet....he is being trained by Drew Hanlen now and I am expecting a big season from him next year.

Hanlen is a good trainer but that doesnt guarantee success. Wiggins trains with him every year and he's the same player he was 4 years ago. Kawhi makes Philly a better team than adding Lebron imo

Boston, yes.

Houston, no. If they pick up Lebron, they lose Ariza and Capela and they won't have the depth. Yeah they'd be adding more offense, but they'd be losing too much D and blue collar effort. CP3 will be another year older, if he can even stay on the court. A healthy GSW will run them out of the building, IMO.

GSW is going to be just as good next year. The big 4 will all still be in their prime, Iggy and Livingston will have slowed down some, but Bell and Looney (assuming they re-sign him) are going to be better.

He's not going small market, so forget about Portland, SA, NO, and sadly my Jazz.

Really don't see them moving Fultz.

If they can get Kawhi, I think it's a great move. Your team is basically ready to win now and I'd be surprised if Fultz ever becomes as good as KL. He's a top 5 player. I'd try to keep Saric or Covington, tho

I think you have to when you can get a superstar

Kawhi puts Philly in title contention and he can matchup against Lebron and Durant. He doesn’t have to command the ball on offense but he’s perfectly capable of being a #1 when needed

The Heat really screwed up by not being ready for Lebron. Seems like that's where he would want to go if the situation was right. No way would he pick them over the Lakers, if he's considering either one of them.

If he goes to GSW, he can EAD.

What if GS traded Durant for him?

I can't see that happening, but it would at least shake up the monotony of the same GSW big 4 3-peating and we would get to debate if they're better with Lebron or Durant.

No way they trade a relatively young dude for a dude entering his twilight. But it would definitely be fun.

I wouldn’t hate Lebron if he went to GS but I’d certainly stop rooting for him.

Are you kidding?

He’d basically be throwing away his legacy out the window.

As a lifelong LeBron fan, so much respect would be lost and he’d get worse hate than KD.

Why work hard your whole career then end up going out like that?

That’s the coward way out then he would no longer be in the GOAT conversation.

Surely he isn’t this stupid.

It doesn't change what he's done, it just diminishes what he will do.
