NBA Playoffs Thread

The Heat really screwed up by not being ready for Lebron. Seems like that's where he would want to go if the situation was right. No way would he pick them over the Lakers, if he's considering either one of them.

If he goes to GSW, he can EAD.

Why such a big deal if he was to join GS? I mean he would have plenty of help then.

Why would GS watch Durant literally beat the Cleveland Lebrons by himself and then trade for him? Dumb. KD is a way better fit than Lebron could ever be.

Actually Curry was the reason why they won Game 1 & Game 2.

Unless Curry has an amazing game while Durant has an epic bad night, I think Durant is the MVP.

32/10/7 so far. His pull up midrange jumper has become one of more unguardable shots in the game.

I agree. Curry had a terrible game 3 and Durant has had 2 great games a 1 pretty good game. If GS closes it out tonight, I’d be hard to not give it to Durrant.

Especially when freaking George hill is guarding him. I mean at what point do you stop stop switching screens?

Theres no way hes going to GS or Boston. Kyrie made it pretty clear he doesnt want to play in his shadow.

I don’t think he’ll wind up in Boston but if I’m Danny Ainge and think I can make Lebron happen, I wouldn't seek Kyrie’s permission before doing it.

Yea because opposing teams have other 3 shooters to worry about so they can’t double team him.

Most of his shots are 1 on 1 matchups with him having a huge size advantage.

Yeah, I do agree both teams really need to work on screen defense. They don't even try to fight through. Lebron and Durant barely have to work to get matchups they want. But still, Durant is hitting those pullup jumpers with good defense in his face over everybody. I want to see a shot chart of them through this series.

That’s cute that they’re showing us the remainder of the Finals schedule like it won’t be over tonight.

I think a big problem with that is Lebrons long term plans. He will want a max deal, which he rightfully deserves, but may just want to play for 1 year. After that, he may wait and see where guys like Kawai go.

So would you go get Lebron, not knowing if he would stay for more than 1 year? Dont know if Ainge would risk that.

Yeah... Good point.

I know LeBron is outgunned here but would MJ have quit like LeBron did at halftime tonight? Very similar to 2010 series with Celtics where LBJ checked out (and left town soon after)
