This makes no sense. Let's put this in perspective...

If you take your sales team from $1 million in sales to $1.2 million...

and I take my sales team from $200K to $800K...

you're a more valuable salesman to your team than I am to mine?

I heard you say it the first time. What I wanted to know is if this viewpoint was unique to sports or if the same idea of value to an organization applied elsewhere.

I didn't make the award, its just how they award it.


It's different for sports than it is for business.

If someone sold 600k more, yes I'd hire them. That question has nothing to do with the MVP award.

On the plus side now you can stop bumping that post every 5 posts, like a child asking for a dollar.
