I know I have seen a lot of people on this board voting for a FL bowl but I think the MCB would be great for our Vols.

MCB would be horrible. Nashville isn't a football town unless you are a visiting NFL team and out number Titan fans 2:1. And Vandy is just .... horrible too.

I agree with that. Ive been to both of them games. I wanted to go in 2016 to watch Barnett get the record and see Dobbs one last time. I did not care for the weather though.

Of course they want the Vols. Every expert is seeing the improvement and is wanting to see them vs a top 25 team. This would be the worse case scenario IMO. With Texas A&M losing 2 in row and by a blowout at the end, it pretty much locks up one of the Florida bowls. It's either Outback or TaxSlayer. They will not be in Nashville, they will be in Florida. I think it's going to be TaxSlayer vs Michigan, but I'm hoping they get the Outback bid vs Minnesota. No one wants to see Tennessee vs Indiana/Lousiville.

I'd prefer the Vols to play in the Outback Bowl for the sake of prestige but, as someone out of state who typically only comes back to Tennessee for UT home games, I'd like the opportunity to see the Vols play in Nashville and make a fun long-NYE weekend out of it.

How quickly the sense of entitlement kicks in around here. 8 weeks ago we were the only P5 school that didn't have a win against an FBS school. Now we're too good for the Music City Bowl. Having said that, MCB would suck
