moving forward WR alignment?

Most catches on the team vs our first SEC opponent isn't stepping up?
UF ignored him. They were in the mode of protecting the deep areas to speed the game up.

I am not complaining or condemning. I'm proud that he was able to get in and make some plays. I think he has a bright future. But he has to do more than quick outs and being a safety valve.

Zach Rogers has 5 catches on the SEASON, multiple drops, and a terrible fumble vs Montana.
I don't care who the production comes for... I don't care if ZR never plays another down. But if another WR could do what ZR is capable of at this point then they would have been out there instead of him.

Arnett has 8 catches in one game, and no drops. If he is going to sit in the soft zone and catch 4-5 yarders all day I'll take it.

That's what I am trying to tell you. Teams aren't going to respect that. He needs to have a bigger game to keep from being defended AND more importantly to make the opponents' gameplanning against the UT passing game more difficult.

I love his hands. That was considered his second biggest asset after his route running. I believe that the staff was going to work him in more progressively over the season. Now... he has a huge opportunity... and challenge... in front of him.

How fast is Anderson? Also I wonder how good DY is at catching the ball. We need someone to stretch the field somewhat or their D will just squat into the 5 yard territory and simply double DR.

When he signed, I suggested he could be a receiver. The idea was scoffed at.

If he can catch then he may be part of the answer.

Probably put Zach in Justin's old spot, keep Da'Rick in his spot, and move Arnett to the slot position.

This is what I don't understand, do fans think he was just being played for the heck of it? The kid has the ability, but for whatever reason has made some drops. He needs to focus and gain some confidence.

Zach isn't scaring anybody on the edge, hoping the coaching staff will sort it out and make it work.

Nope. Sorry but if that's all he can do then D's will take it away.

The D still has Rivera and DR to worry about if they get caught up trying to lock Arnett down. I hope we see Milton get in the game and take over in Hunters spot. Leave Arnett in for the possesion . Put Zach riding the bench. I think Milton and DR give us the best shot of stretching the field and having mismatches.
