I have never had a problem in any encounter with any opposing fan base ever. My decision to avoid people who are drunk has worked every time it's tried.

It helps to explain the Florida-Georgia hatred. Kind of hard to avoid drunk people at something called the World's Largest Outdoor Cocktail Party.

As it’s been stated several times in this thread, every fan base has its idiots, and UF’s poor reputation was well earned in the early 90s.

Yes, I know Ohio State is listed twice, but they deserve two spots because they suck that bad!

Nope, I hate the Tide, but I have never had any problems with their fans. I have attended every TN vs Bama game since 1984 and I have never been treated poorly or disrespected by a Bama fan, not in Birmingham or Tuscaloosa. Bama fans can be a bit annoying at times because they are so damn good all the time these days, but the overwhelming majority respect the rivalry and and are just good natured in their ribbing, so they did not make my top 10.

They haven't considered us even a slight threat for over a decade. I hate pity from rivals above all else. Everyone's entitled to their opinion of course, and this is the most subjective of questions but I respectfully disagree, wholeheartedly.

When we beat you guys in 2016 I watched a UT fan run up to a UF fan woman and their child and flip them off and say F U gators. Now I hate you guys but that isn’t necessary every fan base has bad apples indeed

You are underestimating the power of Rocky Top WOO. Take it from a Tennessee fan that has more hatred of that minor addition to a traditional fight song than any and all of our rival fanbases combined. This instantly takes us from number 12 to 20 straight to the top of the hate chart.

And I suspect that many of our own twitter poll warriors in our fan base voted for us. They embrace it.
