I have absolutely no idea why, and I'm sure I will get ridiculed for this, but I have a strange feeling Howell will play awful until the Elite 8, (assuming they get there) and all of a sudden he will catch fire against a superior defensive team, and the whole board will wonder what the **** happened.
give Tanner Wild playing time!
last statement very good one.
also good guards should shoot 80%+...true pt guards should shoot 85-90%.
not many true pure ft shooters anymore though..almost lost art....and they come into play in 75% of games.
coaches from middle school to nba don't emphasize the practice enough.
rule of thumb should be for fts
guards 85% +
fowards 75%
centers 70%
some pipe dream but you work on it at end of practice and make the guys hit certain amount of fts and such and it becomes second nature.
