I played there on my RTTS, if you get a game at dusk it really is beautiful. Also my dumb ass bought the field of dreams packs for 30k to get 5 players worth 10k each. Now I remember why I never buy packs

Just put it on beginner and turn the difficulty up when you start abusing the CPU. Worked for me.

I can’t say enough about how much I love this game. It’s truly the best baseball gaming option besides The Show out there. It even offers the Olympics. Granted, no licenses for any teams other than Japan. 10/10 would recommend to switch gamers who want a baseball option. It’s amazing.

I have gotten to the point where I can beat the cpu on veteran 9/10 times and have a nice game or two on All Star on a "good" day.

Then I'll get too confident, go online, and have one of the most damn humbling and frustrating experiences imagineable.

Ohh I can’t even begin to imagine the horrors of me trying online. The game would most definitely break calling a mercy rule after 3 innings

Yeah, I am probably out this cycle regardless. Love it, but it feel like the same old grind every season in DD.

I’m disenfranchised with DD. Got into RTTS and had fun but I hope they don’t continue the awful changes they made to it with the last game or I may just go back to 20

I wish they would simplify DD for people like me who are just now playing the game. I have played MyTeam in 2k and MUT in Madden, but starting DD kind of felt a little overwhelming at first, and I never got in to it.

It’s a lot more mode focused since they don’t try to force you to buy the packs like they do in 2k or Madden.

Honestly, just playing the game and doing the seasonal levels is enough to have an ok team. The events they do over the course of the year are really good too.

I love RTTS. I’ve become disenfranchised with card games in sports titles. I like how SDS does theirs but I still don’t give it the time of day. I’ll use my Stubbs to buy cool equipment for my RTTS player but that’s about it lol

Planned on not buying it, but glad I did. The changes in DD and the other QoL changes made it worth it for me. I love the grind

Same. The unlock system is still grindy but not as annoyingly specific as in the past
