Millions of Illegal Aliens From All Over The World Head For U.S. Border

walls are a speed bump. their real intent is to buy the defender enough time to respond and be able to do so in a controlled manner. a wall (passive system) has to be backed up by some some of active system to actually be effective at keeping people out. otherwise it just slows people down.
An active system? Like machine gun nests?

Illegal Migrant With Lengthy Rap Sheet Gets Deported From US For The 40th Time

An illegal migrant with a lengthy rap sheet was deported from the US for the 40th time during a recent Trump administration immigration raid in Texas.

Mexican national Julian Estrada-Garcia, 36, got booted from the country by Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers along with another 173 illegal migrants in a two-week operation last month in Houston.

The frequent border-crosser was once again kicked back to Mexico from the Lone Star State.

While in the US, Estrada-Garcia committed several crimes, including driving while intoxicated, possession of illicit drugs and fraud, according to ICE.

He was also convicted of illegal entry into the US four times.

ICE also deported a 48-year-old Mexican citizen with 13 previous removals from the US and 25 criminal convictions and a 50-year-old Florencia 13 gang member with a lengthy rap sheet.

Federal Judge Orders Trump Admin To Resume Funding Left-Wing Immigration Groups—Including Her Former Employer

Judge Araceli Martinez-Olguin's work for Community Legal Services in East Palo Alto could fuel calls for her recusal

A federal judge who ordered the Trump administration on Tuesday to restore taxpayer funding for legal services for illegal immigrants has worked for one of the advocacy groups involved in the litigation, an apparent conflict of interest that could give the administration ammunition to seek her recusal from the case.

Araceli Martinez-Olguin, a judge in the U.S. District Court of Northern California, worked from 2017 to 2018 as managing attorney for Community Legal Services in East Palo Alto, according to records she submitted to the Senate during her confirmation process. At CLSEPA, Martinez-Olguin established the group's Immigrants' Rights Project, where she "identified issues for local or state policy advocacy and impact litigation." That included lobbying San Mateo county officials to establish a taxpayer-funded initiative to provide legal representation to illegal aliens, according to Martinez-Olguin's Senate disclosures.

Martinez-Olguin's former employer is 1 of 11 federal subcontractors that sued the Trump administration last month to restore funding for a $769 million contract to provide legal services for unaccompanied alien children apprehended at the border. CLSEPA received nearly $300,000 last year through the program, which is overseen by the Acacia Center for Justice, a pro-immigration activist group.

Horror as FIFTY suspected Tren de Aragua Gangsters are Arrested in sleepy Texas village

Nearly 50 suspected members of the Venezuelan gang Tren de Aragua were arrested Tuesday morning during a raid on a house in Texas.

The San Antonio branch of the FBI said it developed intelligence that there was a 'possible gathering of suspected members or associates' of the gang, which originally started in a Venezuelan prison but has since morphed into an transnational criminal organization.

After a search warrant was executed in Hays County, officers with the Texas Department of Public Safety arrested 47 people, KVUE reported.

While it isn't clear how many of those arrested are thought to be part of the gang, ICE said those who were detained included 25 adult males, nine single adult females and four female heads of households with nine noncitizen children.

Migrant Super Gang Member Arrested more than 2,000 miles from the border in terrifying Sign Of Expansion

The prolific migrant gang deemed so dangerous by the US government that it's now classified a terrorist organization has spread to a new state inside America, DailyMail.com can reveal.

Tren de Aragua, a Venezuelan prison gang turned international crime ring, has spread to Maine, the US Border Patrol confirmed Friday.

This means TdA, as the South American mob is known to law enforcement, is operating in at least 23 states inside America.

A federal agent in the state known for lobster and lighthouses encountered a suspected member of TdA near Brunswick this week.

Two Venezuelan nationals were under investigation for theft when Border Patrol was called in.

'After gathering information about the individuals, it was determined that both had previously illegally entered the United States and been released on their own recognizance,' the agency explained in a press release.

One of the Venezuelans was determined to be affiliated with TdA. With this latest arrest, TdA is now known to be operating in the furthest reaches of the country.

DailyMail.com was the first US news organization to report on Tren de Aragua, breaking the news that Venezuelas worst criminals were heading to the US.

After crossing over the US-Mexico border in 2022, TdA members infiltrated even the most remote corners of the country, getting arrested and charged for rape, murder, beating cops, taking over apartment complexes, selling drugs and prostituting women and children.

This arrogant elitist deranged POS would likely change his atitude if he was sentenced to jail consolidation for the rest of his god-awful life. Why is he still walking around free?

As much as I utterly despise Mayorkas and all he did (and didn't) do during the previous administration, the whole ambush "journalism" thing accomplishes little, if anything. Anyone with half a brain would do exactly what Mayorkas did - clam up, ignore the idiot with a camera phone, and go on about one's day.

He still needs to be shamed & despised in public like he deserves to be. He costs lives.

He's a dirtbag, 100%. I'm all for prosecution of him and others who enabled the problem, if possible.

The gotcha-"journalism" clips have little to no effect aside from generating clicks, views, likes, and ad revenue for those who originate it.

Two sides of the same knife...and equally dull/ineffective. Nearly everyone has a video camera in their pockets nowadays, and a sizeable number of those are under the misguided impression that the majority of humanity gives (or should give) a tinker's damn about their opinions and hot takes.

Edit: Spelling fail...derp.

DOGE's border expert reveals terrifying number of illegals on Medicaid: 'It's just ramping up'

Illegal immigrants are claiming billions of dollars worth of Medicaid and other US benefits, according to data uncovered by the head of DOGE's border team.

Antonio Gracias said around 1.3 million non-citizens are currently claiming Medicaid, at an estimated cost of around $6.5 billion.

The stark revelation came after Gracias and his team began probing the huge uptick in non-citizens who were assigned Social Security numbers last year.

The figure leapt from 400,000 in 2021, to more than two million in 2024. Among those are people who have entered the US legally on visas and green cards and who pay into the US tax system.

But a large proportion are undocumented migrants who are benefitting from 'maximum pay' and 'minimum collection,' Gracias said.

'The defaults in the system, from Social Security to all benefit programs, have been set to maximum inclusion, maximum pay for these people, and minimum collection,' he told the All-In podcast.

'Already, we found 1.3 million of them on Medicaid as an example,' he continued. 'And we found people in this population registered to vote.'

According to Medicaid.gov, the average annual cost per Medicaid enrollee is between $4,000 and $7,000, meaning the cost for all non-citizen beneficiaries tops out at $6.5 billion.

'The vast majority of the growth was related to asylum programs and people who came in on NTAs (Notices to Appear), it turns out that the requirements were so loosely defined that more people could come through,' Gracias said.

He revealed that a growing number of non-citizens were receiving Social Security numbers without adequate vetting, leading to a significant increase in the number of individuals eligible for public benefits.

'Some people showed IDs, some didn't. The most disturbing thing was that 23 percent of the records we looked at had no fingerprints,' he said.

He pointed out that one of the most common birth dates in the system was January 1st, indicating data manipulation or careless entry.

Gracias' team also uncovered instances of non-citizens improperly registered to vote, an additional federal violation.

The surge, Gracias insists, is not a one-off but part of a broader and concerning trend that has grown over recent years, particularly after 2021, when an increasing number of individuals have gained access to the US social safety net. 'Thousands of them registered to vote... and many of them actually voted,' Gracias said.
