Agents with ICE in Washington, D.C., arrested Hyrum Baquedano-Rodriguez, 26, in Fairfax, Virginia, on May 2, officials said in a news release.

Officials said his charges include abduction of a person with intent to defile and burglary, entering a house to murder, rape, etc.

"Every one of his convictions represents another one of our neighbors that Baquedano-Rodriguez has victimized. ICE Washington D.C. will continue to prioritize public safety by arresting and removing criminal alien offenders from our Washington, D.C. and Virginia communities," Hott said.

ICE officials said Baquedano-Rodriguez was first arrested by U.S. Border Patrol agents on Aug. 25, 2018, after he illegally entered the United States near Yuma, Arizona.

Excruciating moment Democrat mayor tries to break in to New Jersey jail housing migrants to 'free them'

A New Jersey mayor has tried to get inside a jail he believed was illegally housing migrants to 'free them' as the Trump Administration continues to round up illegals.

Newark Mayor Ras Baraka, 55, said he was tipped off by a security worker that the Delaney Hall Detention Center was housing migrants for US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Freedom News reported.

'They wouldn't let us in yesterday, so we're here today,' he told reporters outside the jail on Tuesday. 'We're going to get in today.

'It doesn't matter who's inside, I think they may have detainees in there. They're not supposed to be there... ICE doesn't have a long-term lease with these folks, so the jail is completely responsible for hiding behind ICE right now.'

Metro Nashville Police Department (MNPD) on Wednesday announced the arrest of Angel Javier Diaz-Carvajal for running a sex trafficking operation in Antioch, Tennessee, who allegedly made online advertisements for prostitution, and was busted by undercover officers with the department’s Specialized Investigations Division.

Despite initially being allowed to secure pretrial release with a $185,000 bond, records made public by the Davidson County Sheriff’s Office confirm that Diaz-Carvajal is not eligible for release due to a detainer requested by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).

According to ICE, its detainers are requests for local law enforcement to hold an illegal immigrant for up to 48 hours, pending their transfer to the federal agency.

According to MNPD, Diaz-Carvajal (pictured above) was contacted by an undercover detective through a phone number placed in an online advertisement. He ultimately agreed to meet the detective, alongside a sex trafficking victim, at an Antioch motel.

Illegal Aliens No Longer Able to Fly Without ‘REAL ID’ — Except to Self-Deport

Beginning on May 7, illegal aliens can no longer fly without a “REAL ID,” according to Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Noem. The exception to the new flight identification standard is for those who are self-deporting.

Transportation Security Administration (TSA) agents began enforcing the REAL ID Act at airports across the United States on Wednesday. Congress passed the REAL ID Act about 20 years ago following the 9/11 terrorist attacks.

In a REAL ID ad posted on social media by DHS Secretary Noem, she reported, “Illegal aliens should not be allowed to fly in the U.S. UNLESS SELF DEPORTING.”
