I guess you could say the now-Notorious illegal immigrants involved would Give It All Up to become  Invisible at this point, seeing as how they watched their plan Come Undone. Still, the lure of a big payout left them Hungry Like the Wolf...but their actions now have them wondering about What Happens Tomorrow.

Dem Lawmaker Demands Congress Act On Securing US Border after 'transparent' ICE facility visit

'We have to crack down on the illegal fentanyl that's making entry into the country,' Rep. Don Davis said

Rep. Don Davis, D-N.C., reflected on his visit to an Immigration and Customs Enforcement facility in Stewart County, Georgia, last week, emphasizing that he remains optimistic that there is room for congressional achievements on related policies.

"It was a very transparent visit," Davis told Fox News Digital in an interview, noting he also had the opportunity to speak with detainees. "We were able to move around and go to places. I was even able to engage, again, with detainees."

"Probably the best word I would use, which one of the senior administrators used, was ‘busy,’" he added.

The North Carolina Democrat emphasized that although there have been rapid changes in border and immigration policies in recent months, the legislative branch needs to step up to make changes.

"We have to crack down on the illegal fentanyl that's making entry into the country," the lawmaker added.

Biden-Appointed Judge Blocks Border Patrol from Arresting Suspected Illegal Aliens Without Warrants

View attachment 739188
United States District Court Judge Jennifer Thurston, appointed to the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California by former President Joe Biden, is blocking Border Patrol Agents across most of California from arresting suspected illegal aliens unless they have a warrant for their arrest.

This week, Thurston issued a preliminary injunction that will prevent Border Patrol agents in California’s eastern district, the largest judicial district in the state, from carrying out arrests of suspected illegal aliens without a warrant and halting such arrests unless agents have a “reasonable suspicion” the suspect is an illegal alien.

why is this a bad thing? cops shouldn't be able to arrest whoever they want just because they feel like it. reasonable suspicion has always been a requirement.

It's sadly become an Ordinary World when a couple of Wild Boys and an Evil Woman get Fame from Crime and Passion. They are no Friends of Mine, that's for sure.

A warrant? Can you get arrested for shoplifting without a warrant?
yeah, if you are caught shoplifting or there is video. that would be the reasonable suspicion the judge wants.

sounds like she is against you being arrested for shoplifting because you put an item in your basket, or you parked your car in the parking lot. that would not be reasonable suspicion. and without a warrant, you shouldn't be arrested.

I don't think it's bad.

Border Patrol is enjoined from conducting detentive stops in this District unless, pre-stop, the detaining agent has reasonable suspicion that the person to be stopped is a noncitizen who is present within the United States in violation of U.S. immigration law, as required by the Fourth Amendment of the United States Constitution. [Emphasis added]

Border Patrol is enjoined from effecting warrantless arrests in this District unless, pre-arrest, the arresting agent has probable cause to believe that the noncitizen being arrested is likely to escape before a warrant can be obtained, as required by 8 U.S.C. § 1357(a)(2). [Emphasis added]

Seems that she doesn't want ICE stopping people on the street and asking for their paperwork unless they have specific reason to suspect that they are illegal. That seems to stop them from developing reasonable suspicion for arrest after the initial detentive stop.

seems like common sense. you can't just pull people over to find out what law they are breaking. you have to have a reason to pull them over. its like the nonsense from the dems wanting to investigate Trump to see what he was guilty of. thats not how the system works.

EXCLUSIVE: ICE Nabs Rapists, Child Predators, Gang Members In Deportation Blitz

During the week marking President Donald Trump’s first 100 days in office, ICE agents carried out a series of high-profile arrests of migrants with criminal records, according to a document first shared with the Daily Caller News Foundation.

Starting the week of his 100-day mark, booking photos of illegal migrants with convictions or pending charges were displayed along the White House north lawn’s perimeter. Throughout the week, ICE’s Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) made major arrests across the country, with the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) releasing details and photos of five of their most significant cases.

ERO Detroit arrested Ludwig Ivan Castaneda-Gonzalez, a 33-year-old Mexican national, this week in Holland, Michigan. According to DHS, Castaneda-Gonzalez’s criminal history includes a conviction for criminal sexual conduct involving a person aged 13 to 15, which encompasses all sex offenses under Michigan law.

In Texas, ERO’s Houston team arrested Jesus Arriaga-Gamez, a 61-year-old Mexican citizen, for his record of aggravated sexual assault of a child. While DHS documents did not outline his full criminal history, they confirmed his conviction for aggravated sexual assault of a child in Cameron County, Texas.

MS-13 Gangbangers in US illegally allegedly Stabbed three Va. correction officers in heinous attack: officials

A group of MS-13 gangbangers — who are in the country illegally — allegedly stabbed three correctional officers in a Friday morning attack inside a Virginia prison, authorities said.

The heinous melee broke out at Wallens Ridge State Prison in Big Stone Gap around 9:45 a.m. when six inmates — five of whom are members of the notorious El Salvadoran gang — launched the premeditated attack, according to the Virginia Department of Corrections.

“Five of the individuals responsible for this senseless attack should never have been in the country in the first place,” VADOC Director Chad Dotson said in a statement.

The five gang members were all convicted of violent crimes, including murder and rape.

The remaining prisoner, who is serving a second-degree murder sentence, is a US citizen affiliated with the Sureño 13 gang, officials said.

Why is a warrant required? If you get arrested for DUI, is there a warrant involved?

why do you guys constantly skip over the "Reasonable Suspicion"? Cops have always had to have justification to either pull you over, or arrest you. its called due process, and it doesn't only apply to you and people who think like you.

Its 3pm on a Tuesday, you are a little slow accelerating out at a green light. Should the cop just go ahead and arrest you for a DUI? because you COULD be drunk? no warrant needed, right?
