Ordinarily a coup d'etat occurs when a general, for instance, takes authority over the President.Not the first time Fulmer backdoored the program.
He is the exact reason the program is in the shape it is now.
Which tells me that someone other than Fulmer made the decision to hire Pruitt....and Fulmer was just a puppet?
Well, Jimmy Haslam wanted Derek Dooley, no?
Maybe Leach was saying the coup occurred after Pruitt's hiring. Possibly he was referring to the committee tasked with finding a new AD (?)
But that wouldn't necessarily have happened if Leach had been hired instead of Pruitt?? So I'm sticking with my first interpretation.
