How many egregious mistakes and suspensions does this guy and his crew get before something is done?

This is the same guy who in 2009 called a phantom personal foul on Arkansas and cost them the FL game that year. His crew made egregious calls in back to back games that year and was suspended for a few weeks.

He lives, you guessed it, in Birmingham. How much more do we have to put up with out of this clown. His crew is easily the worst in all of college football.

This is the same crew that earlier this year signaled a play dead but allowed Memphis to return the punt and allowed it to stand, being the difference in the MSU/Memphis game.

So, this is 2 games that we know of this year that his crew has actually been the difference in the game by officiating Screw Ups. In 2017 his crew was suspended again for a month after Screwing up the KY/Mizzou game.

HOW MANY CHANCES DOES THIS LOSER GET BEFORE THE SEC LETS HIS SORRY A$$ GO?

This is atrocious. It's time we did something besides throw an empty bottle.

Let's just put it this way. The "work" he did in keeping UF undefeated in 2009 likely means he has a job for life in the SEC.....

The hilarious thing is this clown, who I would bet takes bribes or bets on games based on the consistent egregious BS, has media pieces out on how good of a church man he is.

Ha. Ha. Ha.

He could be a great individual and an horrible official. The two are not mutually exclusive but he needs to go as an official. Going to church doesn't make him competent.

I am an unashamed follower of Christ. BUT...one of the finest men I know was unquestionable one of the worst officials I've ever seen. I agree. With Marc I think it's time he be relieved of his duties as a football official. And I say that, not so much for losing control of the game Saturday night at Neyland, but for his continuing problem of "grading out" on competent officiating. With his crew its happening over and over. I have a close friend who just retired from SEC officiating and was highly respected. He just realized the game was going to fast for him now. I really respect him for that.

Don’t forget about the Arky/Auburn fiasco last season. Legitimately cost Arkansas the game. It’s truly mind boggling that the SEC still allows him to officiate games.

There are a lot of Bama connections among other members of the staff. I’ll never understand why we don’t just fly guys in from the West coast. Hundreds of millions of dollars. We can afford a few plane tickets to keep it impartial. I’ll bet the people occupying the offices in Birmingham have little interest in leveling the playing field.

His crew was so bad in the Arky FL game that I still remember it. Add the Miss St vs Memphis debacle and the sh** show in Knoxville Saturday night and they’re 3 of the most pathetically officiated games I’ve ever seen.

He didn't officiate Auburn-Arkansas game last year. He has screwed Arkansas enough over the years where their ADs have publicly let the SEC know not to assign him to their games. He was to do the A&M-Arky game this year before Arky complained. He then got assigned to the Auburn-GSU game where they fu*ked up several calls.

SEC officiating crew sidelined after decisive Auburn, Arkansas call

Guess which ref was working the TN at LSU game when Dooley’s team was flagged for too many players on the field because the officials did not hold the snap until the defense was given an opportunity to sub after the offense subbed. That guy.

One of the 2 games that TN won that year that were counted as losses.

He needs to be looked at to make sure he's not betting on these games

The reason for the lengthy suspension in 2009 after the Arky-UF was to investigate gambling ties......

Granted, there was a lot of scrutiny of refs during that timeframe due to Tim Donaghy scandal.

I don't know if I agree with a full quarter but it should definitely the entire possession but now that I think about it he may be right or maybe 2 possession since if they do it on 4th down to stop the quick snap the other team may not go for it or get stopped since they lost the advantage of a quick snap to get the 1st on 4th down. 1 possession wouldn't be a punishment.

How many of us have the luxury of not being held accountable at our Jobs? Many folks have pay and/ or commission directly aligned with performance. If we make poor decisions that negatively impact our company or channel partners it comes out of our paycheck. Would be nice if we could charge refs a fee or reduce their pay for every poor decision they make that is confirmed by the replay to be grossly incorrect.
