Seems awful similar to last year's... I was going to pick up that for less instead.

I enjoyed the first one for a week or two. I'll give this one a try, but I imagine it might have the same fate as the first one. Playing with folks you know or talkers really helps the game, but by the time you know the maps and have a handle on things, you begin to get bored and feel a bit restrained by the somewhat limited classes and roles.

If you could customize your character more, I think this game would be more interesting.

I'm alittle bitter about how they were talking about the tons and tons of DLC there would be for the first one... and they only released one thing that SUCKED. GHEY.

After playing the demo a good bit. I still feel Valve rushed to release this sequel and there just really isn't much there to warrant a full-blown game. New infected, weapons, campaigns could've been implemented via downloadable content. None of the campaigns really jump out at me either, I'll end up renting this one. Hopefully they'll put out some sort of 2 pack that contains Left 4 Dead and Left 4 Dead 2 for a reasonable price.

you could only play one of the campaigns in the demo. i don't understand how you could jump to that conclusion yet.

This based on reading the details of each campaign.

Dead Center and Dark Carnival both sound cool, the others just sound okay. The entire game is set in the South. I don't know I was just expecting more campaigns and more variety.

Overall though, I'm just *****ing.

i bought this a couple of days ago and consider it money well spent. so far all of the campaigns have been insanely fun. much better than the 1st game......alot more challenging as well.
