Let’s face it, without having Knowles, Poindexter on staff & their connection with the Penn State guys, this portal season would have been a disaster.

I’m not laying the entire blame on Heupel. I believe much of it is tied to White & what he allows them to do but some things have gotta change. The staff has to get better identifying & contacting representatives of potential players early.

This needs to be verified. I suspect it is just fodder to up a bid somewhere.

Like I said earlier that if Heupel offers this kid $6mil and he is sitting on the bench in September UT would be the laughing stock of college football. But then again, Heupel seems to exceed at paying his top talent to sit on the bench.

10000% accurate. Next season about this time we will be firing up the hot board and hoping CJH is gone before 3rd game of the season.

A little googling and that guy appears to be associated with a podcast called "BSLSU" so I'm suspecting the podcast name says it all.

Others with better skills searching might check him out but I'm calling BS.

If you dropping $6mil on a guy you better have the rest of the team that's capable of making a deep, deep run into the playoff as in Championship game.
I don't think TN is there.
You pay this guy who's coming off an injury and you don't make the playoffs we're probably looking for a new head coach, especially if we got him and Kiffin beats us at home

One of the things I do not understand is that it is being reported that TN was surprised and never notified of SL committing to LSU. But, that Miami had been notified he was going to LSU.

Agreed. Hard pass. There's another P4 / G5 / FCS QB out there with a skillset similar to Aguilar. Go get him, and use the rest of that 6.5 - 7 Mil on plugging the remainder of the gaping holes in this roster. This team was softer than a hot marshmallow last year, on both sides. Go get meateaters...and a meateater S&C Coach to tune them up.

It's time to let GMac play. If a depth piece QB beats GMac for QB1, then it won't be a big deal when GMac hits the portal next January.

Time to find out who the players are. We've already seen what "potential" can do.
