Did she ever say (1) she couldn't do a Monday hearing because she absolutely could not fly or (2) did she request a Thursday hearing because of her fear of flying?

Ok so the whole pick apart the testimony BS. It’s just that. BS.

The frigging FBI is not going to go research 35 year old high school year book slang. They’ll refuse. They are going to address the allegations and see if they can find corroboration. That’s it. Unless the moonbats march out a credible corroboration K is going to get confirmed. This crap show gives Flake, Colllins, and Murkowski cover but it also gives Manchin and moderates in general cover regardless of party.

The theatrics Flake pulled and throwing Grassley under the bus like that we’re ridiculous. But they give everybody cover.

Fart gags, drinking games, year book slang, or other BS are not going to keep a SCOTUS nominee off of the court. Especially after they cleared confirmation with pass. It was a partisan pass but it was a pass. That partisan theme carries to the floor too. And it gives any moderate who respects the history of the process cover too.

I hope you’re right but I don’t have a bit of confidence in the FBI doing a non partisan investigation.

If they don’t then Rs have not done their damn job. I do absolutely believe new stuff will come forward don’t get me wrong. But I expect them to do what they said they were going to do. This isn’t Grassley anymore. This is McConnell now. He’s a bit better at the slimey conniving DC politics game I think.

But if 5-10 more accusers show up. The Dems will just say,. "this is beyond anyone's comprehension. No way this guy should be confirmed". And the Republicans will cave. The msm will portray K as a sexual deviant and it'll be over.

I agree with you. All of that would happen. At least up to the Rs caving. We will see on that. I hope not because they deserve what they get at this point. A SCOTUS nominee or being the moonbats bitch while they are the majority party. It’s actually up to them

I’m waiting for the moonbats to demand to see the list of agents doing the check.

WaPo has an article that states the FBI has contacted Ramirez for an interview and her lawyer has indicated they will cooperate and not comment further to protect the process.

Creepy porn lawyer is whining that his client has not been contacted by the FBI. Hey after all the mandate did say “credible” allegations. But yeah I’d be shocked if they didn’t at least contact her. If they don’t that SCREAMS lack of credibility.
